Delegation of Lang Son province officials attended a short-term training course on Artificial Intelligence in Guangxi, China

This is an activity to concretize the common perception of the Leaders of the Parties reached at the Spring Meeting Program in 2025 between the Provincial Party Secretaries of the provinces and cities: Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Ha Giang (now Tuyen Quang province), Hai Phong, Vietnam and the Party Secretary of Guangxi Region, China.

The training course combines theoretical learning and practical survey in the cities of Baise, Guilin, Liuzhou and Nanning (Guangxi, China). The training content focuses on a number of key topics such as: building model grassroots Party organizations, applying artificial intelligence (AI) in management and production, and modernizing rural areas in the direction of China. The lectures are presented by leading lecturers from: Guangxi Big Data Development Bureau, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology.

Along with studying theory, the delegation surveyed many typical models such as: Na Tay Village, Bach Sac - where Party work is successfully combined with community tourism development; Jiejiarun Company - applying AI in agricultural production; China - ASEAN AI Innovation Center in Nanning; Guangxi Public Administration Service Center - where comprehensive digitalization of administrative procedure settlement processes is implemented. The delegation also visited the memorial house of Vietnamese schools, Nam Khe Son Hospital - where many documents and artifacts are kept, vividly demonstrating the friendship between Vietnam and China in the cause of national liberation of Vietnam.

The training course not only helps cadres improve their understanding and update the latest knowledge on AI technology, but also creates opportunities for cadres of both sides to enhance exchanges, improve understanding and exchange, learn from each other's experiences, thereby contributing to promoting the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam - China border localities to develop more and more strongly./.
