On September 29, 2025, at the invitation of the People's Government of Ninh Minh District, Guangxi, China , the Delegation of border communes: Ba Son, Khuat Xa, Kien Moc , Lang Son Province, Vietnam attended the celebration of the 76th anniversary of the National Day of the People's Republic of China in Ninh Minh District , Guangxi, China. On this occasion, the two sides jointly organized a seminar to discuss the economic development situation - society , potential cooperation needs between localities in the fields of economy, trade, tourism, culture, sports .

Speaking at the seminar, Mr. Ton Kim Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, District Chief of Ninh Minh District, Guangxi, China welcomed the delegation of border communes of Lang Son province to Ninh Minh district to attend the activities celebrating the 76th anniversary of the National Day of the People's Republic of Chinaand shared: the border communes ofBa Son, Khuat Xa, Kien Mocof Lang Son province, Vietnamand Ninh Minh district, Guangxi, China havehad a long-standing traditional friendship and solidarity relationship, in recent years the two sides have actively strengthened cooperation in many fields.
