On December 27th, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Long Phuoc resettlement area in Long Phuoc commune.
Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Vo Tan Duc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Acting Chairman of the Long Thanh District People's Committee; Duong Minh Dung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Long Thanh District Party Committee; and Le Van Tiep, Chairman of the Long Thanh District People's Committee.
This is the second resettlement area in Long Thanh district to be constructed to serve the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway project.
On the morning of December 27th, Vo Tan Duc, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, gave the order to commence construction of the second resettlement area under the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway project.
At the ceremony, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc officially launched the construction of the Long Phuoc resettlement area.
Accordingly, the Long Phuoc resettlement area is being developed to serve the compensation, support, and resettlement of people in the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway project area and other projects implemented in Long Thanh district during the 2021-2025 period.
Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc delivered a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony.
Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc also requested that the investor, construction units, consultants, and supervisors immediately focus their resources after the groundbreaking ceremony to ensure the project is completed on schedule and with guaranteed quality.
Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the Long Phuoc resettlement area on the morning of December 27th.
The Long Phuoc resettlement area covers nearly 34 hectares. Upon completion, the project will provide 1,048 resettlement plots with an average area of 80-125m2, meeting the resettlement needs of 4,000-4,500 people. The total investment for the project is nearly 365 billion VND, with an expected construction time of 420 days.
