Launching the 2025 Tay Ninh Province Innovative Startup Business Incubation Program

On the morning of October 17, 2025, the Department of Science and Technology of Tay Ninh province chaired and coordinated with Tra Vinh University and the Vietnam University and College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Network to organize the Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Creative Startup Business Incubation Program.

Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors; experts, consultants, investors; and 06 students selected to participate in this year's incubation program. In particular, the program had the participation and sharing of Master Nguyen Van Vu An - Vice President of the Vietnam University and College Innovation & Entrepreneurship Network, Member of the National Innovation Startup Advisory Council.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of the province Vo Buu Viet Cuong delivered the opening speech.

In his opening speech, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of the province Vo Buu Viet Cuong emphasized: startup incubation activities are a key task to concretize Project No. 1330/DA-UBND dated September 22, 2025 of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province on developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in the period 2025-2030, contributing to creating a favorable environment for startups to develop sustainably.

The 2025 incubation program takes place from October 17 to December 17, 2025, with 20 startup acceleration training sessions and 08 1:1 mentoring sessions, focusing on the following contents: design thinking, marketing strategy, financial management, fundraising skills, application of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in business management and operation. Trainees are also guided to complete business plans, build brands, communication strategies and access support policies, investment funds, and potential investors.

Students attending the course took souvenir photos with department leaders, experts, consultants, and investors.

This is an important asset to help start-up projects in Tay Ninh gradually perfect their models, expand their markets and enhance their competitiveness, towards forming a dynamic and sustainable innovation ecosystem./.
