On August 22, the Investigation Police Agency - Quang Ninh Provincial Police announced that it had just initiated a case and prosecuted the accused for the crime of illegal drug trafficking.

Accordingly, the subjects include: To Manh Cuong, born in 1989; Ngo Quang Diep, born in 1989; Nguyen Trong Dai, born in 1981, both residing in Cua Ong ward, Quang Ninh province, were prosecuted for the crime of Organizing illegal use of drugs; Pham Manh Hung, born in 1991, residing in group 51, Cam Phu 4 area, Cua Ong ward, Quang Ninh province was prosecuted for the crime of Illegal drug trafficking.

Previously, on August 11, at group 52, Cam Phu 4 area, Cua Ong ward, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department caught red-handed three subjects To Manh Cuong, Ngo Quang Diep, and Nguyen Trong Dai in the act of organizing illegal drug use.

At the police station, the suspects confessed to their crimes. The case is currently under further investigation by the police and will be strictly handled according to regulations.
