Viewers predict Manbo will receive an overwhelming number of votes from the audience. However, even if Manbo wins through audience voting, Karik's protégé's chances of winning the championship are not high.

Ahead of the final show of Rap Viet season 4, viewers are debating the script. Manbo He made a comeback to claim the top spot, as the male rapper was receiving overwhelming support from the audience. For the past two weeks, the Gerdnang team member has surpassed all others to be the rapper with the most audience votes for the "Rapper Of The Round" award.

Variables from Manbo

In the process of selecting the Rap Viet champion, audience votes account for up to 60%. That's why, across all three seasons of Rap Viet, the winner has been controversial. Seachains' victory over Blacka was considered somewhat convincing. However, the victory of De Choat and Double2T as champions displeased many viewers.

This year, the rules remain unchanged. Rap Viet Season 4 features a variable in the final night: Manbo, who has consistently won the voting race despite his less-than-impressive performances. After two weeks, Manbo has received over 194,000 votes. Even so... Robber While Gill caused a sensation on the trending charts, Manbo remained the center of attention.

The reason Manbo received so many votes from the audience stems primarily from the fact that he is Karik's greatest hope. Furthermore, his status as a member of the Gerdnang team provides parallel support to Manbo, as the fan communities of Hieuthuhai and Hurrykng are quietly backing their teammate.

In the finals, Manbo's performance lagged behind Gill and Robber. The rapper's chances of competing were narrowed from a professional standpoint. However, Manbo's chances of at least making it into the top 3 remain bright, as the audience is ready to help him achieve that.

Throughout four seasons of Rap Viet, no contestant has received such overwhelming and unwavering audience support as Manbo. Assuming Manbo didn't receive any votes from the coaches or judges, including Karik, based solely on audience votes and maintaining his current performance, he would surpass many other contestants.

The question of whether Manbo will surpass 7dnight, Damny, or Coolkid in the final results will likely spark intense debate. However, it wouldn't be surprising if that happened. It was precisely because of audience votes that contestant Alen was eliminated unexpectedly in Rap Viet season 3, and even more dramatic was the surprising victory of De Choat and Double2T as champions.

Once too much of the decision-making power is given to the audience, there will be instances of rappers being overly favored. First of all, the fact that Manbo received the highest number of votes in the breakthrough round for two consecutive weeks caused intense controversy.

Will Manbo win Rap Viet?

This is a crazy scenario that some imaginative viewers concocted before the second final night. They recalled Double2T's victory in Rap Viet season 3, which created a similar frenzy, when 24k.Right, Liu Grace, and Huynh Cong Hieu were the ones initially predicted to win.

Looking at how Dế Choắt and Double2T surprised most of the audience, anything can happen in Rap Việt. However, in Manbo's case, it's hard to imagine this rapper winning the championship.

The reason is that Dế Choắt and Double2T may be less skilled than their direct competitors. However, throughout the long process, the two Rap Việt champions performed well until the final. They received special affection from the audience, thus surpassing them in the voting, and also received votes from the coaches/judges.

Manbo held the initial advantage: the support of Gerdnang's massive fanbase. However, professionally, the rapper disappointed in the final. Meanwhile, Manbo's competitors were all better than they were in the final. In particular, Robber delivered a superior performance in terms of technical skill, and the rapper himself also received strong support from the audience.

Over four seasons, Robber's performance has never created such a wide gap between himself and his competitors. Every comment from the coaches and judges, especially the glowing praise from guest judge Changmo, speaks volumes. Changmo stated that Robber's performance has reached an Asian level.

Robber might lose in the audience vote, but there are unlikely to be any changes when the coaches and judges make their final decisions on the winner. Considering the combination of audience votes and the coaches'/judges' choices, Robber is still predicted to have the best chance of winning.

Robber's dominance partly reflects the declining quality of contestants in Rap Viet Season 4 compared to previous years. By the finals, except for Robber and Gill, the rest were struggling. The withdrawal of two strong contestants, Dangrangto and Queen B, further dampened the excitement surrounding the Rap Viet championship race.

Contestants still have one more performance with their coach or judge to determine the rest of the competition. However, from the first final round onwards, the identity of the champion has become clear.
