The Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committees of districts to specifically determine the boundaries of the planning area in the field and strictly manage the planning area for high-yield, high-quality rice cultivation approved according to regulations.

At the same time, organize publicity and widely announce the planning area for high-yield and high-quality rice cultivation to relevant organizations and individuals. Implement policies to support and protect rice-growing land; invest in and build infrastructure, apply modern science and technology to the planning area for high-yield and high-quality rice cultivation. Propagate, mobilize and guide people to use high-yield and high-quality rice varieties and apply advanced technical processes and technologies associated with sustainable production and periodically report the implementation results to the Department of Agriculture and Environment every year.

The Department of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committees of districts to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee the source of support funding and allocate the support funding according to the provisions of Decree No. 112/2025 of the Government .

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for monitoring, guiding and inspecting the implementation of the planning area for high-yield and high-quality rice cultivation in the province according to regulations. Coordinate with localities to transfer high-yield and high-quality rice varieties and advanced farming solutions and sustainable production into production.
