Lam Dong Province digitizes 4 administrative procedures within the Party.

The Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee has just issued a document requesting Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, and units at all levels to focus on leading and directing the implementation of four Party administrative procedures in the electronic environment.

The Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee has agreed to use 4 administrative procedures in the electronic environment (Illustrative image).

Specifically, the Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee have agreed to use four administrative procedures in an electronic environment, including: transferring official Party membership; transferring temporary Party membership; collecting and paying Party fees; and obtaining feedback from the Party branch or Party cell where the Party member resides regarding the Party member currently working.

The implementation roadmap runs from July 1st to November 30th, 2026, ensuring that 100% of subordinate Party committees complete the deployment of Party administrative procedures in an electronic environment. After this period, from December 2026, 4 administrative procedures will be implemented entirely in an electronic environment.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested that Party committees and organizations at all levels strengthen guidance for Party members on using the system; strictly manage assigned accounts; and provide support to elderly Party members and Party members who do not yet use smartphones.

Party committees and branch secretaries are responsible for approving dossiers, guiding party members to follow the correct procedures, and ensuring the consistent and effective use of the application.

Party members are responsible for registering and managing their assigned accounts and using them for the intended purpose and in accordance with regulations; they must also install, register, and use the VNeID level 2 electronic identification account as prescribed to facilitate the implementation of Party administrative procedures in the electronic environment.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to direct the dissemination and promotion of Regulation No. 338-QĐ/TW dated July 9, 2025, of the Party Central Committee on Party administrative procedures in the electronic environment; and to integrate the implementation content into Party committee meetings, Party branch meetings, and related conferences to raise awareness and responsibility among cadres and Party members.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department is tasked with overseeing and inspecting the management, updating, and standardization of Party member data, ensuring that the data is "accurate, complete, clean, current, consistent, and shared" and synchronized across information systems. Simultaneously, it will coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office to manage and operate system accounts during the implementation process.
