Finished in 15 days

Immediately after the City People's Committee launched the 90-day campaign to build and complete the land database, the Hoa Vang Commune People's Committee promptly implemented it.

On October 14th, the commune officially launched the campaign, mobilizing all 21 villages to participate. 21 working groups were formed, comprising officials, civil servants, village people's committee members, and neighborhood group leaders. Each group was clearly assigned responsibilities: one section was in charge of data collection, and another section was responsible for data entry, ensuring high accuracy and timely completion.

At the same time, a specialized data cleaning team was established at the commune's People's Committee headquarters, comprising land administration officials, IT staff, and commune police officers. This team was responsible for receiving, cross-referencing, correcting, and updating data daily on a dedicated Excel file provided by the City Land Registration Office. By October 31st, Hoa Vang commune had completed data entry for 6,014 records, officially completing the entire campaign in just 15 days, shortening the timeframe by 75 days compared to the original plan.

According to Mr. Le Phu Nguyen, Chairman of the Hoa Vang Commune People's Committee, the commune completed the land data cleaning campaign in just 15 days after its launch. This is the result of the concerted efforts from the government down to each village and each household.

To achieve this impressive speed, the locality flexibly combined two deployment methods: collecting data at the grassroots level while simultaneously cleaning data centrally at the commune People's Committee in a phased manner. Working groups were assigned specific tasks each day, submitting results by the afternoon for processing by the data entry team on the same day. This approach shortened compilation time, minimized errors, and ensured the consistency of the data system.

According to the leaders of Hoa Vang commune People's Committee, the application of digital platforms such as Zalo groups, electronic forms, and standardized data entry files helps minimize errors, ensure consistency, and enable quick retrieval. Inter-agency coordination has also been effectively implemented, with the commune police assisting in verifying resident information, the Economic Department compiling reports and resolving issues, and the Fatherland Front and mass organizations promoting and encouraging people to participate.

Hurry up to complete the task as soon as possible.

In Huong Tra ward, Mr. Pham Hoang Duc, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of the ward, said that the land data cleaning process is currently being implemented urgently. The locality is making maximum use of technology and communication to improve the effectiveness of the implementation. Internal Zalo groups have been established to update and report progress daily, and at the same time, propaganda work is being intensified through the public address system, mobile vehicles, social media, and community meetings, helping people understand their rights and actively cooperate in the land data standardization process.

Meanwhile, in Nong Son commune, Mr. Ly Xuan Phong, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, said: The total number of land use right certificates in the entire commune is 5,791, of which 3,683 have been collected, reaching 100% for residential land. The Land Registration Office of Region 18 is entering the data, and the commune's records have been fully handed over.

Accordingly, the working atmosphere of the Youth Union members in Nong Son commune was lively and urgent. The members actively guided people in declaring, supplementing, and cross-checking land records and disseminated information about the importance of data standardization.

The coordinated efforts of the government and the proactive spirit of the youth have helped Nong Son commune complete its tasks ahead of schedule, contributing to the promotion of digitalization, transparency in land management, and the development of e-government and smart cities. This result is an important starting point towards a unified, transparent land data system that practically serves the people and businesses, contributing to Da Nang's rapid progress on the path of comprehensive digital transformation.
