The Party's senior leadership team is an important factor contributing to the successful implementation of the country's development strategy in the new situation. This time is also an important turning point in arranging and shaping the Party's senior leadership team. General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong once emphasized: “This is also the time of generational transition from the generation of cadres born, raised, trained, and matured during the years of resistance, mainly trained domestically and in former socialist countries, to the generation of cadres born, raised, and matured in peace and trained from many sources, many countries with different political regimes”. But we must not miss some cases of "green skin, red heart" as stated by the leader of our Party at the recent 8th Central Conference. Saying so, we can see that the Party's high-level personnel work is very cautious, dynamic and open. It can be affirmed that the cadres planning for Central Committee members are "core cadres, the nucleus of the Party, precious assets of the revolution, excellent children of the people". Our Party has proactively carried out this work earlier on the basis of relatively complete and strict regulations as well as plans. plan and implementation roadmap that the Politburo and Secretariat directed in July 2023.
