According to observations by VietNamNet reporters, along the coastal pedestrian walkway in the fishing village area of ​​Quang Cu ward, Sam Son city, the iron railing system (approximately 1km long) is severely rusted and deteriorated.

In particular, many sections of the railings are gone, leaving only the screws and iron posts exposed. Some sections have collapsed, creating dangerous gaps.

According to local residents, the damage to the railings has been present for over a year. Because they are made of iron and are located close to the sea, the railings are corroded by seawater.

A leader of Sam Son City said that recently the iron railings along the beach have been severely damaged due to corrosion from seawater.

"To ensure the safety of tourists visiting Sam Son, the local authorities have planned to dismantle the entire fence and replace it with another one, ensuring both the landscape, aesthetics, and safety for tourists."

"The repairs are expected to be completed before the upcoming tourist season," the leader said.
