
Attending the meeting, on behalf of the Vietnam Chemical Corporation (Vinachem), were Mr. Nguyen Van Luyen, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, along with leaders of the Business Planning Department, who participated online from the Hanoi location.
Representing VIMC were Mr. Le Quang Trung, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, along with leaders of specialized departments and representatives of member units within the system.
Welcoming the delegation, DRC was represented by Mr. Le Hoang Khanh Nhut, General Director, along with other key leaders and officials of the company.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views and assessed the results of cooperation between DRC and VIMC's member units over the past period. Accordingly, coordinated activities in the field of supplying technical rubber products, serving transportation and logistics activities, have achieved positive results, creating an important foundation for both sides to continue expanding cooperation in the future.
Based on the results achieved, the leaders of both sides agreed to further elevate the cooperative relationship, aiming to expand cooperation in many areas, especially technical rubber products serving the transportation and logistics industries, and warehousing services—areas where each side has strengths.
The meeting also dedicated significant time to discussions between VIMC's member units and DRC's specialized departments regarding the products and services each side could offer. The parties also shared their future supply needs, thereby seeking new cooperation opportunities aligned with the development direction of both businesses.
Based on the cooperation orientation between VIMC and Vinachem, the parties have agreed on a number of specific cooperation contents. Accordingly, the relevant units will soon implement the steps to approach, submit competitive bids, and carry out the procedures according to regulations in order to sign cooperation agreements in 2026.

Mr. Le Quang Trung, Deputy General Director of VIMC, emphasized the principle of implementing work according to the "5 clear" guidelines: clear person, clear task, clear responsibility, clear time, and clear results, during the working session with DRC.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Quang Trung, Deputy General Director of VIMC, highly appreciated the prompt, serious, and open working spirit between the two sides. He emphasized that the implementation of cooperation contents should be carried out according to the "5 clear" principles: clear person, clear task, clear responsibility, clear time, and clear results, in order to ensure tangible effectiveness in the coordination process.
According to Mr. Le Quang Trung, with its nationwide ecosystem of maritime transport, seaports, and logistics services, VIMC has many favorable conditions to provide comprehensive logistics solutions for large industrial manufacturing enterprises. Expanding cooperation with businesses within the Vinachem ecosystem in general and DRC in particular is expected to contribute to optimizing the supply chain and improving the efficiency of production and business operations for all parties.

Mr. Le Hoang Khanh Nhut, General Director, affirmed that DRC is fully capable of meeting the product and service requirements to support VIMC's production and business activities.
In his response, Mr. Le Hoang Khanh Nhut expressed his sincere gratitude for VIMC's attention, support, and partnership with DRC. He affirmed that, with over 50 years of experience and technological and technical capabilities in the field of tire and rubber product manufacturing serving the transportation industry, both waterway and road, DRC is fully capable of meeting the stringent product and service requirements for the business operations of the Vietnam Maritime Corporation.
In the spirit of working together towards double-digit growth, DRC also stated that it will soon consider expanding the scale and scope of using logistics, warehousing, and supply chain services in which member units of Vietnam Maritime Corporation have strengths, thereby contributing to promoting effective cooperation between the two sides in the future.
