“Proud and confident under the glorious banner of the Party, determined to build an increasingly prosperous, civilized, cultured, and heroic Vietnam” is a heartfelt work by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. The article was written on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024) to awaken pride in the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, and the heroic Vietnamese nation; to strengthen faith in the Party's leadership and the bright future of our country and nation; and to encourage cadres and Party members throughout the political system to continue to promote the patriotic and revolutionary spirit of the entire nation, determined to build our country into an increasingly prosperous, civilized, cultured, and heroic nation.

Deeply aware of the immense political , ideological, and spiritual significance of the General Secretary's article, in early May 2024, the Provincial Party Standing Committee organized a conference to study and thoroughly understand the core content and issues raised in the General Secretary's article for the entire Party, army, and people in the current period. The conference was connected online to the district and city Party committees, Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, and extended to the grassroots level with 2,336 Party members participating. At this conference, Comrade Pham Van Hau, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized to the entire provincial Party committee the significance of this political and ideological activity aimed at helping Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units, cadres, Party members, and the people better understand the glorious historical traditions of the Party; The Party's mission of leading the Vietnamese revolution is closely linked to the immense role of President Ho Chi Minh – who found the correct path to national salvation, organized, educated, and trained our Party to achieve great feats over the past 94 years. At the same time, it awakens the pride and unwavering faith of cadres, Party members, and the people in the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, the heroic Vietnamese nation, and in the process of renovation and building a prosperous, civilized, and happy country. From this, cadres, Party members, and the people will have even greater confidence in the Party's leadership, the State's policies and laws, successfully implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, building Ninh Thuan province into a developed province with a prosperous and happy people.

Following the study and dissemination conference throughout the provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has compiled a question-and-answer document on the content of the General Secretary 's article, published on the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee's electronic portal, print newspapers, and online newspapers. This aims to help all levels, sectors, and all cadres, Party members, and the people conveniently study and learn the content of the General Secretary's article, strengthen their faith in the Party and the bright future of the country, thereby upholding responsibility and continuing to promote patriotism and determination to successfully implement the socialist path chosen by the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, and our people.

At the Provincial Political School, the study of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's articles has been implemented seriously, specifically, and practically. Dr. Truong Tien Hung, Principal of the Provincial Political School, said: The school's Party Committee has incorporated the content of the General Secretary's articles into Party committee meetings and included them in monthly resolutions of the Party Committee on improving the quality of political teaching and learning through the General Secretary's articles. Accordingly, staff and lecturers proactively compile and include the articles in lesson plans to serve teaching, demonstration lessons, class observations, and end-of-term and end-of-course assessments. Through these methods, the aim is to convey the content, spirit, and message of the articles to all students in a concise, succinct, yet complete and accurate manner. This requires staff and lecturers to thoroughly study each article of the General Secretary and apply it to improve the quality of political teaching at the school to meet the practical requirements.

To contribute to spreading this message among the younger generation, Mr. Huynh Kieu Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, said: The Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union has directed and guided the Youth Union at all levels to implement a political activity campaign on the General Secretary's article and organize the dissemination and understanding of the content and message of the article to cadres, union members, and young people in order to enhance political acumen, patriotism, and national pride in each union member and young person; to emphasize the responsibility of young people in preserving and promoting the good traditional values of the nation; and to uphold the determination to join the entire Party and people in building and developing a prosperous and happy homeland.

As a young Party member, Senior Lieutenant Duong Quoc Trung, working at Vinh Hai Border Guard Station (Ninh Hai), clearly feels the honor and pride in the glorious traditions of our Party after studying and researching the General Secretary's article. He also more clearly defines his responsibility, motivation, and belief to strive to contribute his youthful energy to the entire unit in firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the province's maritime border. Senior Lieutenant Trung shared: As a young generation in the Ho Chi Minh era, my greatest aspiration is to dedicate myself wholeheartedly to the Fatherland, serving the army and the people with unwavering faith in the absolute and comprehensive leadership of the Party. In my position as Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, I promise to resolutely work with the youth of Vinh Hai Border Guard Station to train and innovate to find many practical models and initiatives that are suitable to the conditions and tasks of protecting the sovereignty and security of the border; Actively participate in socio-economic development programs as well as ensure national defense and security in the coastal border areas under their responsibility.

Over a month of implementing and disseminating the study of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's article has created a widespread political and ideological campaign among all levels of cadres, Party members, and the people of the province, fostering unwavering faith and love for the Party. To further spread the value of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's article, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has directed Party committees, Party organizations, heads of Party committees and organizations, the government, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations to continue to fully and seriously understand the purpose, requirements, content, and significance of this political campaign; to incorporate the article's content into monthly Party committee and branch meetings and quarterly thematic meetings at the branch level to ensure that the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system is substantive and effective; avoiding superficiality, formality, and perfunctory actions. Strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation, propagating, combating, and refuting the distorted and subversive views and arguments of hostile forces; Minimize and restrict negative information flows, unfounded speculations, and rumors that cause confusion and wavering, affecting the trust of cadres, Party members, and the people. In addition, each cadre and Party member must always be conscious of cultivating and refining revolutionary ethics, regularly engaging in self-criticism and criticism; being a pioneer and exemplary in all tasks, contributing to building a cleaner and stronger Party, and leading our country and homeland to ever greater prosperity.
