In reality, the most effective work comes when young people are willing to go deep into the area, closely surveying the specific needs of each locality.

We hope that young people will support us in digital transformation, bringing agricultural products to e-commerce platforms, or installing safety warning systems for the rainy season and floods. Instead of spreading the movement thinly, let's do less but do it deeply. A meaningful volunteer campaign.

The 2026 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in Tuyen Quang has strategic significance, providing a practical environment for over 80,000 Youth Union members to train and inspire their desire to contribute. This is the first year the campaign has been implemented synchronously and uniformly across all 124 communes and wards after the restructuring of the Youth Union organization system, optimizing resources for guidance from the provincial level to the grassroots.

Instead of traditional social welfare activities, the youth of Tuyen Quang are pioneering in enhancing the digital capacity of the people through the "Digital Literacy Program for the People" and the digitization of "historical landmarks." Simultaneously, with the motto "doing it right the first time," projects such as "lighting lines" and "self-managed roads" in 17 border and disadvantaged communes have been taken over and maintained long-term by relevant units. This campaign is a large-scale practical political activity, contributing to affirming the leading role of the Youth Union and igniting a strong desire for contribution among the youth of Tuyen Quang.

In this year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, we clearly defined the motto "Youthful energy directed towards the grassroots," focusing on the practical needs of the people and the socio-economic development tasks of the locality to implement activities. Accordingly, the Yen Minh Commune Youth Union mobilized 250 youth union members to participate in many practical tasks such as building new rural areas, environmental sanitation, road repair, supporting policy beneficiary families and students in difficult circumstances, and organizing summer activities for children. Along with that, local youth actively accompanied the people in digital transformation, supporting the improvement of digital skills, and guiding the application of technology in production and economic development.

Environmental protection activities, waste sorting at source, and the practice of civilized and thrifty living have been widely implemented in every village and hamlet. In the coming time, we will continue to promote the pioneering role of Youth Union members through volunteer teams at the grassroots level, promptly supporting people in resolving difficulties arising in their lives. Previously, every time it rained, the road to Ban Khoan village would become muddy, making travel and transporting agricultural products difficult for the villagers. However, since the arrival of youth volunteer teams in the area, the village has gradually taken on a new appearance. The young people have contributed to repairing and upgrading roads, beautifying the landscape, helping those in need, and accompanying the villagers in accessing digital technology, gradually familiarizing themselves with online public services.

Although not large in scale, each project and task undertaken has practical significance, contributing to making the villages more prosperous and creating more favorable conditions for people in their daily lives and production. Even more valuable is that these activities have spread a spirit of responsibility, sharing, and connection between young people and the community. We hope that future volunteer activities will continue to closely follow the practical needs of the locality, using effectiveness as a measure to bring more practical and long-term benefits to the people in the highlands.
