According to the leader of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, the meeting and breakfast model with businesses will be held periodically on the first Saturday morning of every month. At this meeting, the leaders of Soc Trang province informed about the results of the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) of Soc Trang increasing from 54 (in 2021) to 34 in 2022. This is considered a great effort of the People's Committee of Soc Trang province and the province's political system. On this occasion, the leaders of Soc Trang province also informed businesses and press agencies about the preparation for the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Component 4 of the Chau Doc - Can Tho - Soc Trang Expressway Construction Investment Project, phase 1; Conference to announce Soc Trang provincial planning period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 and work with leaders of the Party and State in the middle of June 6. Accordingly, all work was done according to schedule.

As proof, the province's PCI in 2023 has increased dramatically; At the same time, the Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI) of Soc Trang ranked third in the Mekong Delta.
