The Provincial Labor Union visits and extends New Year greetings to FDI enterprises.

- On January 20th, the Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Labor Union, Lam Thanh Si, visited and extended New Year greetings to FDI enterprises in Binh Hoa Industrial Park (Chau Thanh district) and presented gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake 2025.

Specifically, the delegation from the Provincial Labor Union visited and extended New Year greetings to NV Apparel Co., Ltd., An Giang Samho Co., Ltd., Universal Apparel Co., Ltd., Spectre An Giang Vietnam Garment Technology Co., Ltd., and Chi Cong Joint Stock Company.

Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, Lam Thanh Si, expressed gratitude for the past year, along with the labor unions at all levels and the Boards of Directors of the companies, for their continued care and attention to the workers at their units. Many gifts and social welfare activities have been provided in a timely manner to support union members and workers, helping them to stabilize their lives.

In the aforementioned activities, the company's Board of Directors has always been supportive, working alongside the trade union to assist numerous union members and employees. In addition, trade unions at all levels organize many cultural, artistic, and sports activities, creating opportunities for employees to participate, providing them with a relaxing and enjoyable environment, leading to higher productivity in production.

The Provincial Labor Union also acknowledged the efforts of businesses in maintaining good labor relations, complying with Vietnamese law, and ensuring security and order. It is hoped that in the future, the management boards of these companies will continue to provide guidance and support to help them successfully fulfill their tasks, thereby creating more jobs for workers in the province.

On the occasion of the New Year, the Provincial Labor Union wishes the Board of Directors and all employees and workers of the companies abundant health, happiness, and excellent performance in fulfilling their duties in 2025.

Representatives from the businesses reported that current production continues to show positive signs of improvement. The businesses expressed gratitude for the attention and guidance from the Provincial Labor Union in directing grassroots trade unions to care for workers in the past period. According to the 2025 plan, all businesses intend to recruit more workers and hope the Provincial Labor Union will support them in recruiting the workforce needed for production expansion.

On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts of support from the Trade Union of Industrial Zones of the province to union members and workers in difficult circumstances; and provided support gifts to union members suffering from serious illnesses.

During the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake (2015), the Trade Union of Industrial Zones in the province presented a total of 1,400 gifts to union members and workers in Binh Hoa Industrial Zone (Chau Thanh district) and Binh Long Industrial Zone (Chau Phu district), with a total value of 1.4 billion VND.

Earlier, the delegation visited and extended New Year greetings to the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the province's industrial zones. Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, Lam Thanh Si, expressed his hope that the unit would research and create more recreational opportunities for workers, especially by understanding the trends of young workers and introducing new models and diverse recreational activities to attract and engage employees.

Alongside providing care and support, the Trade Union of Industrial Zones in the province assists businesses in promoting their products and providing information on finding employment opportunities; and continues to coordinate with grassroots trade unions and business owners to improve policies and the working environment for workers in enterprises.
