The whole village has 604 households with 2,392 people, of which the Raglay people have 552 households with 2,151 people, accounting for nearly 90% of the population in the village. People's lives depend on income from cultivating 12 hectares of rice fields, 30 hectares of land for growing crops combined with raising livestock and slash-and-burn cultivation. By the end of 2023, there were 122 poor households in the village with 562 people, accounting for 20.2% of the total households.
Lien Son 2 is a particularly disadvantaged village that benefits from national target programs. In the two years 2022 - 2023, Project 1 of the National Target Program 1719 supported 23 Raglay ethnic households in Lien Son 2 village with 230 million VND, helping them buy cows and goats for raising and changing jobs. At the same time, 11 households were supported with 33 million VND to help them install clean water systems for daily life.
Project 4 also invested 1,132 million VND, of which the central budget was 615 million VND and the Ninh Phuoc district budget was 517 million VND. This capital source maintained the internal village roads with a total length of 1,107 meters, meeting the travel and agricultural product transportation needs of the people. Project 4 also supported 210 million VND for Lien Son 2 kindergarten to repair the fence, toilets, and paint spacious classrooms, attracting children to stay at school.
From the beginning of 2024 to now, Project 1 of the National Target Program 1719 has supported 398 million VND combined with the people's counterpart capital of 20.9 million VND, helping 13 households buy 26 large-sized Sind crossbred cows, estimated at about 200 kg/cow. From the National Target Programs, the Raglay people strive to make a living and stabilize their lives. Lien Son 2 Village strives to reduce the number of poor households by 43 by the end of 2024. In the village, there are a number of households that are eligible for capital support for career conversion from the National Target Program 1719, rising out of poverty such as: Mang Luom, Mang Thi Dieu, Mang Lo, Mang Vu, Mang Can, Mang Den, Y Na. The whole village has 12 poor households supported to build Great Unity houses, ensuring the "3 hard" criteria including hard roof, hard floor, hard wall, worth 100 million VND/house. These houses started construction in early November and are expected to be completed before the Lunar New Year 2025.

With the support of 1,585.4 million VND from the National Target Program 1719, Phuoc Vinh commune is carrying out the construction, maintenance and repair of 11 roads in Lien Son village with a total length of 1,494 meters.
