As a pioneering company in the field of lifting and logistics services in Quang Ninh , with over 10 years of experience specializing in the sale and rental of forklifts, Duc Trung Investment and Development Co., Ltd. has been operating in many large industrial parks throughout the province, such as Texhong Hai Ha, Thanh Cong, Dong Mai, Amata, Bac Tien Phong... and at Cai Lan Port.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy, Director of Duc Trung Investment and Development Co., Ltd., said: "With nearly 200 modern lifting and handling equipment, we unload an average of 40-50 containers of goods per day, serving partners in industrial parks. The company is also creating jobs for 50 workers with salaries of 15-18 million VND/month and contributing billions of VND to the state budget."

(Dong Mai Industrial Park) quickly restored production immediately after the storm. Currently, the company has overcome the difficult period, consolidated all production activities, and ensured the timely completion of orders. With an average production capacity of approximately 100,000 products per month, including speakers and headphones exported to markets worldwide , such as the US and Europe, the company has created jobs and stable income for thousands of workers.
Furthermore, businesses in the province are actively involved in charitable activities and social welfare programs, contributing to the community. Through these efforts, Quang Ninh is gradually becoming a leading province in the country in all aspects.
Located in Hai Ha district, for the past 10 years, Ngan Ha Technical Technology Co., Ltd. (Hai Ha Port Industrial Park) has been actively contributing to the local economic development, creating stable jobs for thousands of workers. Currently, the company employs over 3,400 workers with an average income of approximately 10 million VND per person per month. Notably, the company has also consistently partnered with the province in fulfilling its social welfare obligations through various activities such as: contributing to the gratitude fund, disaster relief, promoting education and talent development, and supporting poor and disadvantaged households.

In the first nine months of 2024, the province's economic growth rate (GRDP) reached 8.02%, with many indicators exceeding those of the same period in 2023. The manufacturing industry was the main driver of growth, increasing by 20.45%. Total state budget revenue reached VND 40,479 billion, equivalent to 73% of the projected target. Despite suffering significant damage from Typhoon No. 3, Quang Ninh's economic growth maintained a stable pace according to plan. This result was achieved thanks to the support and cooperation of the provincial government and the proactive and flexible efforts of the business community and entrepreneurs in the province.
With the view that the province can only develop if businesses thrive; social welfare, the lives and jobs of the people and workers can only be ensured if social security, living standards, and employment are guaranteed… Quang Ninh always pays special attention to and supports businesses. To help businesses quickly stabilize production and expand their product markets and seize new business opportunities, Quang Ninh has focused on implementing solutions to promote business production. At the same time, it continues to accelerate administrative reforms, improve the investment environment, and implement preferential credit support programs for processing and manufacturing industries, mining industries, services, and tourism…
Notably, the province has provided support and assistance to businesses to help them recover production and operations after the storm. The province has held numerous meetings with the State Bank of Vietnam, the State Bank of Vietnam's Quang Ninh branch, and credit institutions to implement banking credit solutions to support businesses and individuals affected by Typhoon No. 3. Simultaneously, the province requested banks and credit institutions to promptly implement support packages for people and businesses affected by the storm. These packages focus on waiving or reducing interest rates, freezing, extending, or postponing loans for existing borrowers; expanding the scope of eligible recipients; and simplifying procedures. The province also committed to providing maximum support in terms of mechanisms and policies to help businesses restart production.
Currently, the province has approximately 11,000 active businesses generating tax revenue. From now until 2030, Quang Ninh aims to establish an average of about 2,000 new businesses per year; the business sector is expected to contribute about 70% of the province's GRDP. To achieve this goal, the province identifies supporting and promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles in the investment, production, and business activities of enterprises as the most important factor.
With its relentless efforts and priority given to supporting businesses in overcoming difficulties related to capital, human resources, and market expansion, Quang Ninh has always been highly appreciated by the business community and entrepreneurs, who have confidently partnered with the province in achieving its socio-economic development goals.
