According to recent records, traffic congestion often occurs at An Phu intersection (HCMC).
Here, many new prohibition signs are also installed to serve traffic safety through the above area.
According to the Cat Lai Traffic Police Team (HCMC Traffic Police Department), An Phu intersection is currently the access area to the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, but due to construction, local congestion often occurs.
Therefore, if people travel on Mai Chi Tho Street in the direction of Saigon River Tunnel to An Phu intersection, they need to pay attention to important traffic signs that are in effect for safety and to reduce pressure at An Phu intersection area.
Specifically, the sign prohibits left turns onto Luong Dinh Cua Street; prohibits U-turns in this area for motor vehicles; prohibits right turns for all vehicles (from the 3 left lanes of the route).
Cat Lai Traffic Police Team recommends that people pay special attention to the above signs to avoid violations and ensure traffic safety.
For convenience of travel, people should proactively choose suitable alternative routes, avoiding going to points where left turns and U-turns are prohibited.

- At the intersections of Mai Chi Tho - To Huu, Nguyen Co Thach, Tran Nao: Turn left onto To Huu, Nguyen Co Thach, Tran Nao to enter Luong Dinh Cua street.
- At the Mai Chi Tho - Tran Quy Kien intersection, turn into the inside lane to An Tu Cong Chua street, turn right to Luong Dinh Cua street.
For the sign prohibiting right turns onto the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway access road
To move onto the expressway ramp, move into the right lanes of Mai Chi Tho route to enter the expressway ramp, avoiding conflicts in the direction of travel.
