According to Mr. Nhan, bad people called candidates to inform them that the time to register and take the aptitude test for admission to the preschool education and music pedagogy industry in 2024 had expired. Mr. Nhan said that candidates did not read the official admission proposal clearly, so when they answered the phone calls from bad guys, they were "trapped".
