Dismissal of the position of Director of Thanh Hoa Market Management Department

Thanh Hoa Province Market Management Department said that Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan has just signed a decision to dismiss Mr. Lu Minh Thu from the position of Director of Thanh Hoa Province Market Management Department.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade also decided to assign the position of Director of the Provincial Market Management Department to Mr. Truong Van Dien, currently Deputy Director.

Previously, in July 2024, the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued a decision to inspect the Director of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Market Management Department's temporary suspension of the functions and tasks of market inspection and control against smuggling and trade fraud of Market Management Team No. 9.

Regarding the above matter, on September 5, the General Department of Market Management decided to temporarily suspend the use of Mr. Lu Minh Thu's market inspection card.

On December 11, the Minister of Industry and Trade signed a decision to discipline Mr. Thu with a warning and revoke his market inspection card.
