These days, the mountainous region seems to have donned a new coat of color: the national flag flies proudly over residential areas, villages, schools, and administrative offices, creating a vibrant picture.

Along with hanging flags and decorating with banners and slogans, mountainous localities launched a movement to clean up the environment, plant flowers, and maintain the landscape, contributing to building bright, green, clean, and beautiful villages to celebrate the country's important holiday.

According to Mr. Bui The Anh, Chairman of the People's Committee of La Deee commune, after being implemented, the "national flag road" points have become ideal photo spots, capturing meaningful moments for many people and young people.

"More than just an act of patriotism, national pride, and gratitude towards previous generations, the roads adorned with red flags bearing yellow stars are creating a solemn atmosphere, affirming the spirit of unity and solidarity of the mountainous communities."

"This is also a vivid way to educate the younger generation about traditions and responsibilities to their homeland, while contributing to beautifying the landscape and creating a brighter appearance for the village after the merger with the new administrative unit," Mr. Bui The Anh shared.
