Free to create new MySign Viettel digital signature account on VNeID application

From now until December 31, 2025, Viettel will waive the registration fee for new digital signature accounts for people on the VNeID application, and waive the registration fee on the online public service portal within 12 months from the date of creation.

Viettel integrates MySign Viettel digital signature account on VNeID application and is free to use for 12 months.

On March 27, 2025, Viettel Ba Ria-Vung Tau announced that Viettel has integrated the MySign digital signature service on VNeID. Accordingly, citizens with a level 2 identification account can easily create a digital signature to sign documents and papers such as marriage registration, birth registration, passport, vehicle registration, temporary residence/temporary absence... on mobile phones and completely free of charge for signing public services within 12 months.

MySign is a digital signature authentication service based on the remote digital signature model developed by Viettel Telecom, allowing users to sign documents anytime, anywhere with just smart devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, personal computers, etc. The product meets the European eIDAS security standards and regulations of the Ministry of Science & Technology, ensuring the legality of electronic transactions such as traditional paper signing. Using MySign remote digital signature brings users many benefits such as saving time, effort and optimizing costs, quick and convenient signing in electronic transactions, signed documents are stored intact and information is secure.

Viettel expects that the integration of MySign digital signature on the VNeID application will not only help popularize digital signatures for people but also promote the digital transformation process, realizing the goals in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 03 of the Prime Minister on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. This is a testament to creativity in technology, contributing to creating convenient and sustainable services for the community.

Up to now, Viettel has reached 1.5 million accounts using MySign digital signatures in fields such as public administration, banking and finance, healthcare, insurance, etc. Notably, nationwide, up to 60% of subscribers have developed due to people registering for Viettel's MySign digital signature service.
