Create a new MySign Viettel digital signature account on the VNeID app for free.

From now until December 31, 2025, Viettel is offering free registration of new digital signature accounts for citizens on the VNeID application, and also free signing on the online public service portal for 12 months from the date of creation.

Viettel has integrated its MySign Viettel digital signature account into the VNeID application and is offering 12 months of free usage.

On March 27, 2025, Viettel Ba Ria-Vung Tau announced that it had integrated the MySign digital signature service into VNeID. Accordingly, citizens with level 2 identification accounts can easily create digital signatures to sign documents such as marriage registration, birth certificates, passports, vehicle registration, temporary residence/absence registration, etc., on their mobile phones, completely free of charge for 12 months.

MySign is a digital signature authentication service developed by Viettel Telecom, allowing users to sign documents anytime, anywhere, using only smart devices such as phones, tablets, laptops, and personal computers. The product meets the European eIDAS security standard and regulations of the Ministry of Science and Technology, ensuring the legal validity of electronic transactions, comparable to traditional paper signing. Using MySign's remote digital signature offers users many benefits, including saving time and effort, optimizing costs, and providing quick and convenient signing in electronic transactions. Signed documents are stored securely and confidentially.

Viettel expects that integrating the MySign digital signature into the VNeID application will not only help popularize digital signatures among the people but also promote digital transformation, realizing the goals in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 03 of the Prime Minister on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation. This is a testament to technological innovation, contributing to the creation of convenient and sustainable services for the community.

To date, Viettel has reached the milestone of 1.5 million accounts using MySign digital signatures in fields such as public administration, finance and banking, healthcare, insurance, etc. Notably, nationwide, up to 60% of new subscribers are people who register for Viettel's MySign digital signature service themselves.
