MIK Group commences construction on a project spanning over 5 hectares in Bac Ninh.

On March 14, 2026, MIK Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Mixed-Use Commercial, Service and High-Rise Housing Project II-HH11 in Subdivision 2, Bac Giang City, located in Tan Tien Ward (Bac Ninh). This marks the Group's first presence in the Bac Ninh market, signifying a new step in its strategy to expand its real estate ecosystem in the industrial area bordering the Northeast of Hanoi.

On a land area of ​​approximately 5.84 hectares, MIK Group is developing a mixed-use project comprising residential, commercial, service, and hotel facilities, including five towers: one 5-star hotel, one serviced apartment tower, three high-end apartment towers, and a low-rise commercial housing area (shophouses).
