More than 20 hotels signed by 2024 have underpinned the unprecedented growth of the four brands. Sofitel, the first luxury hotel brand originating from France, celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2024, marking six decades of continuous development with dedication and commitment to French luxury.
The past year has seen Sofitel’s strongest growth momentum to date with 32 hotels in the pipeline, including 12 new hotels signed in 2024 alone.
The group’s development plans are focused on becoming a pioneer in the hotel industry in Europe and North Africa; while accelerating growth in key markets such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia and India. Sofitel has doubled its brand presence in the Vietnamese market with the impressive appearance of Sofitel Sapa Hotel & Residences and Sofitel Diamond Crown Hai Phong .

Growth of the brands: MGallery and Emblems rapidly expand their influence
MGallery Collection and Emblems Collection are two indispensable Accor brands, offering luxurious, private experiences that honor local cultural identity.
The MGallery and Emblems luxury brands are experiencing explosive growth, with more than 55 hotels currently under development. The new agreements will increase the MGallery brand’s global presence, including launches in the Caribbean; and reinforce its growth in Europe, with 67 hotels open and a further 19 hotels under construction.
Meanwhile, Emblems Collection, Accor’s luxury brand, is on a strong growth trajectory with seven hotels signed across all continents, and nine projects in the final stages of negotiation in North America, China, Vietnam and Europe, including Italy, the UK and Greece.
