At around 9am when the sun came out the ice began to melt. Frost was also recorded at many high altitude locations in Na Ngoi commune.

In recent years, some areas in Na Ngoi commune have often experienced frost during severe cold spells. According to warnings, in the coming days, the temperature in Nghe An will continue to remain low.
