Timely extinguishing of passenger car fire in Ha Tinh

On the morning of November 30, the authorities promptly extinguished a passenger bus fire on National Highway 1 (Hong Linh bypass, Ha Tinh province). Fortunately, the fire did not cause any human casualties.

According to initial information, at 3:41 a.m. the same day, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police received a report from Mr. Tran D.L. (born in 1985, residing in Thien Nhan Commune, Nghe An Province), driving a passenger car with license plate 29E-28.xx, belonging to TP Bus Company, running on the Nghe An - Ho Chi Minh City route, when passing through Km485+800, National Highway 1, Hong Linh bypass (Nam Hong Linh Ward, Ha Tinh Province), a fire suddenly broke out, with smoke billowing.

Authorities are trying to extinguish the bus fire.

At the time of the fire, there were many passengers on the bus.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police deployed many officers, soldiers and specialized fire fighting vehicles to quickly arrive at the scene, coordinate with local authorities, Nam Hong Linh Ward Police, functional forces and surrounding people to promptly bring the passengers on the bus out and put out the fire.

At about 4:10 a.m. the same day, the fire was extinguished.

After the efforts of the authorities, the fire was controlled and extinguished.

The fire did not cause any casualties, but some parts of the bus and property were damaged. Initial estimates of property damage amount to hundreds of millions of dong.

Through the initial investigation of the scene, it was determined that the cause of the fire was likely an electrical short circuit.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause and damage of the fire.
