Ninh Chu Beach impresses with its 10km long sandy beach, fine white sand and clear water. From the center of Phan Rang - Thap Cham (old), it only takes about 11 minutes to reach the waves.
Location and directions
Ninh Chu Beach today belongs to Ninh Chu ward, Khanh Hoa province (formerly Binh Son village, Khanh Hai town, old Ninh Thuan province), about 5km east of Phan Rang - Thap Cham city (old).
Directions from Phan Rang - Thap Cham: go North onto Thong Nhat Street, go about 500m, turn right onto Hoa Binh Street, turn left onto Nguyen Van Cu - Truong Chinh Street. Then turn left onto Tran Anh Tong, go about 600m more to reach Ninh Chu beach. Travel time is approximately 11 minutes.
Convenient way to get around: rent a motorbike (120,000 - 150,000 VND/day; bring ID card/CCCD and driver's license when renting), take a Ninh Thuan taxi or use the local bus with a frequency of 30 minutes/trip.
Ideal timing
June – August: golden sunshine, calm sea, cool breeze – suitable for swimming and outdoor activities. October – December: cool autumn weather, not too hot sun, comfortable for walking on the beach and participating in water activities. Note that waves may be stronger in early October; always swim in the flagged area and listen to lifeguard instructions.
