On the morning of September 13th, after observing that the river water level had dropped to a safe level, Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) conducted inspections and load tests on Long Bien Bridge and Duong Bridge. The load test results confirmed safety.
Previously, the unit had inspected, reviewed, and repaired various points on the bridges to ensure safe passage for ships on these two bridges.
