This year, the corporation's goal is to have the mobiEdu, MEET, and SmartTravel digital platforms recognized as national digital platforms. Simultaneously, it aims to complete the product ecosystem offered to customers, gradually applying AI to its products and services in a more comprehensive manner.

The corporation is also setting important targets to strive for in order to complete its IoT infrastructure; add systems to support new space service businesses; and develop new information technology solutions to support digital transformation for ministries, departments, and localities.

Alongside exploring new spaces, the corporation also steadfastly maintains its core pillars with traditional products and services including data and fixed broadband, MVNO (virtual private network), youth brand (Saymee), and especially new products and utilities based on the 5G platform.

After the commercialization of 5G networks, network operators will deploy platform combo services into 5G packages (ClipTV, VieOn, mobiEdu, mobicloud, digital buffet packages, etc.) so that customers can choose and use them according to their needs.
