MSB and Mobifone join hands to expand the financial

Attending the event, on MobiFone's side were Major General Truong Son Lam - Chairman of the Board of Members, Colonel To Manh Cuong - General Director. On MSB's side, there were Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tran Xuan Quang - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director.

According to the agreement, MobiFone and MSB will coordinate to deploy solutions to optimize operations and improve customer experience through connecting financial and telecommunications services. Specifically, MobiFone will provide telecommunications services with many preferential policies for the Bank as well as MSB's staff. MobiFone will provide M2M data sims for use with MSB's POS and ATM devices, helping to ensure stable, safe and smooth connections in banking transactions and fixed broadband services, transmission infrastructure and backup lines for MSB's branch system nationwide, contributing to increasing the availability and safety in operating the bank's information technology infrastructure.

In the field of digital technology solutions, MobiFone offers modern solutions such as MobiCA digital signature to support secure electronic identification and authentication for customers, "Lucky Speaker" in MSB systems as well as VR360 virtual reality solution to serve communication and brand promotion, helping to improve customer experience in the digital environment. Along with that, this unit also provides preferential mobile packages exclusively for MSB internal use, special packages for common user groups such as families or groups of employees who need to share mobile capacity.

On the Bank side, MSB acts as MobifFone's strategic financial partner, deploying payroll services and preferential financial product packages (such as credit, deposits, guarantees, etc.) exclusively for MobiFone's officers, employees and partners. At the same time, the two sides will coordinate to develop comprehensive incentive policies for member units and business partners in the MobiFone ecosystem, in order to expand the scope of services, diversify utilities and bring more practical values to customers.

The two sides commit to jointly research, build and develop a multi-service integrated business model to effectively exploit the advantages of both sides to provide flexible products and services suitable for each customer group.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Major General Truong Son Lam - Chairman of MobiFone's Board of Members shared: "The cooperation between MobiFone and MSB is a strategic step in the development orientation of our digital service ecosystem.
