At the same time, they made a number of proposals on investment policies to build more dormitories for students; support funding for purchasing and supplementing facilities and equipment for teaching; have policies to attract talents and high-quality human resources to work at the Branch; support propaganda work and enrollment in training and fostering classes.

Currently, Thai Nguyen University Branch in Ha Giang is training 6 majors, including 5 majors at university level, 1 major at college level, with a training scale of nearly 1,900 students. In 2025, the branch will enroll 100% of the assigned target with 900 full-time, concentrated students. In addition, the branch is also implementing joint training, joint training, work-study training and organizing training to grant certificates in IT and H'Mong language to students in the whole province...

He requested relevant departments and branches to resolve difficulties related to land and public assets of the Branch.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: In the context that the province is promoting economic restructuring and improving the quality of human resources, the Branch needs to continue to innovate teaching content and methods, linking training with practical needs and development orientations of the locality. Strengthen coordination with sectors and localities in training and fostering cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers. He assigned departments and sectors to receive, research and advise the province on the Branch's recommendations, especially on investment in facilities, student dormitories, teaching equipment and policies on remuneration and attracting talents.
