On the morning of October 31, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh personally inspected flood response work in Ha Tinh province.

Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh inspected the flooding situation in Vung Ang ward. The locality currently has 5 villages flooded and temporarily isolated, of which 3 villages, Truong Yen, Truong Phu, Canh Truong, are located in low-lying areas that are heavily flooded.

Faced with the complicated developments of the floods, the authorities have assisted people in moving, raising their belongings, and evacuating about 400 households with more than 600 people to safe locations.
