This document notifies the direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee to the City Party Committee and People's Committee.

According to the document, in recent days, heavy rains have been complicated, leading to floods, landslides, and serious erosion, many localities have been cut off and isolated, causing great damage to people and property.

To promptly encourage and support people to overcome the consequences of floods and quickly stabilize their lives, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee requested the City Party Committee to direct the City People's Committee to urgently allocate funds from the city budget to support localities and people to proactively overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee requested to immediately deploy a plan to directly support people to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
