On the morning of October 30, at Yen Minh commune, comrade Hau Minh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a working session with the Party Committees of Yen Minh commune and Thang Mo commune to inspect the implementation of Directive 46-CT/TW, dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2026 - 2031. Also attending were leaders of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council.

At the working session, the Party Committees of Thang Mo and Yen Minh communes reported on the preparation and implementation of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels in the area. Accordingly, the two communes are actively leading the preparation work and issuing documents to specify the policies and directions of the superiors. At the same time, they are strengthening the dissemination and understanding of the significance of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; the Party Committees of the two communes have established the Election Steering Committee...

During the working session, delegates focused on discussing preparations; tasks of perfecting the steering committee, support team, and election service subcommittee; solutions for widespread propaganda among the people; and understanding the ideological situation and public opinion.

Concluding the working session, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Hau Minh Loi praised the leadership and direction of the two communes of Thang Mo and Yen Minh in preparing for the election. He requested the Party Committees of the two communes to closely follow the roadmap and steps related to the election work; to plan specific timelines for each task. In addition, to build a list of delegates to ensure sufficient composition, gender, age, and ethnicity. To promptly establish focal points to carry out related work, proactively update new directives from superiors.
