The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee organized a conference on social criticism of two draft resolutions submitted to the Provincial People's Council for consideration.

On October 28, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province organized two conferences to provide social feedback on draft resolutions to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval at the upcoming session.

The first conference reviewed the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council detailing Clause 3, Article 12, Decree No. 116/2025/ND-CP dated June 5, 2025 of the Government on policies to overcome the consequences of animal epidemics in the province, drafted by the Department of Agriculture and Environment. At the conference, delegates focused on giving comments on the scope of support, support level and policy implementation process, ensuring feasibility, timeliness and fairness for livestock farmers affected by epidemics. Some opinions suggested the need to add specific regulations on funding sources, responsibilities of local authorities and inspection and supervision of implementation to avoid duplication and loss of support sources.

The second conference on social criticism of the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council regulating the content and level of expenditure to ensure social supervision and criticism activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province, drafted by the Department of Finance, was chaired by the Department of Finance. Delegates said that the issuance of the Resolution is necessary, contributing to creating a legal basis and material conditions for the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels to effectively perform the role of representation, supervision, criticism, promoting democracy and strengthening social consensus. Delegates suggested that the drafting agency continue to review the content of the draft Resolution, amend some provisions to ensure the legality and consistency of the draft Resolution with the legal system; add the phrase " socio -political organizations that are members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front" to the applicable subjects; consider the level of expenditure to ensure it is suitable to actual conditions and current price levels, but still ensure compliance with legal regulations and suitable to the conditions of the province...

In his concluding remarks, the representative of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and constructiveness of the contributions. The representative of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee requested the drafting agency to review and edit some contents, and promptly complete the dossier to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
