UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang officially recruits round 2: Searching and nurturing a generation of talented Lecturers and Managers

Success from the first recruitment round to find a new generation of lecturers and managers (Dual-Role Faculty)

Officially opening applications from May 2025, the UEH Global Talent Program at UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang has created a strong impact in the candidate community in the Central region and the whole country, attracting more than 300 applications from prestigious universities at home and abroad. After three rigorous selection rounds including preliminary selection, strategic essay and interview, UEH has selected 06 excellent candidates (02 lecturers, 02 teaching assistants, 02 specialists) - the first staff of UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang.

This result marks the successful start of the first trainee administrator model in the Vietnamese university system, affirming UEH's pioneering orientation in developing a new generation of lecturers and managers with integration capacity, innovative thinking and leadership ability in the context of globalized education .

The program is designed to search, nurture and develop a team of “Dual-Role Faculty” - lecturers and managers, and at the same time incubate core personnel for UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang - a facility positioned as “A place where scholars gather and connect global knowledge”.

Successful candidates will start as Trainees at UEH main campus, participating in a 12-24 month training program accompanied by a strategic Mentor and a team of professional Coaches. In particular, the program supports 100% of tuition fees for UEH's master's and doctoral programs in English or international partnerships, while creating opportunities for comprehensive development of professional, management and internationalization capacity.

Official recruitment round 2: Looking for lecturers with PhD and Master's degrees

Following the success of the first recruitment round, in October 2025, UEH officially launched the second recruitment round for the UEH Global Talent Program, selecting Trainees for the positions of Lecturers and Teaching Assistants at UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang .

Accordingly, candidates for the position of Lecturer must have a Master's degree or higher, undertake teaching duties according to UEH regulations, and concurrently hold professional positions at functional units, participate in union activities and other tasks assigned by the School.

The Teaching Assistant position is for candidates who are aiming to become lecturers but do not currently have a Master's degree; after completing the program and meeting all the criteria, candidates will be considered for transfer to the Lecturer position.

Priority is given to candidates in fields such as: Business Administration, Hospital Management; Tourism and Travel Services Management; Event Management; Marketing; E-commerce; Finance - Banking; Accounting - Auditing; International Business; Management Information Systems; Technology Management; Information Technology; Economics , Natural Resources - Environment Management; Communications; Design; Innovation; Public Management, ... and related fields, in line with the multidisciplinary - sustainable orientation of UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang.

UEH Global Talent Program at UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang: Management Trainee Program looking for new generation Lecturers - Managers for UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang
“Together with UEH, the Top 136 university in Asia, building UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang, reaching new milestones and successes for Vietnamese education”
Participants:
● Graduates or final year students preparing to graduate with (or with the prospect of achieving) Good or Excellent grades from UEH's regular university training programs;
● Graduated with a Master's degree or higher from training programs at UEH or international schools in the Top 500 in the world or Top 200 in Asia (according to prestigious rankings);
● Have an international English certificate, from IELTS 6.0 or equivalent or higher;
● Not over 25 years old for candidates with university degrees, not over 30 years old for candidates with master's degrees and not over 45 years old for candidates with doctoral degrees;
● Commit to work at UEH Nha Trang after being recruited and completing the training period at the main campus for a minimum period of 8-12 years depending on the case.
Job positions at UEH Nexus Campus after completing the Management Trainee program:
● Lecturer: Has a master's degree or higher, performs the duties of a lecturer according to UEH regulations and concurrently holds the jobs of functional departments and offices, performs union work and other tasks as assigned by the organization (dual - role faculty).
● Teaching Assistant: For candidates who intend to become lecturers but do not currently have a master's degree. After graduating with a master's degree and meeting other prescribed standards, they will be transferred to the professional title of lecturer.
Interest
● Scholarships for master's and international research programs up to 400 million VND.
● Total monthly income and income from teaching and research activities must be at least 10 million VND.

Appendix

Pathway of Trainee Lecturer-Administrator in UEH Global Talent program

After being selected, candidates will work at UEH main campus as trainees under the internship/apprenticeship regime. The training period is systematically designed for 12 months for candidates with a master's degree or higher, or from the time of basic completion of the master's training program for the remaining candidates, with a total time of no more than 24 months.

During the training process, each trainee is invested in comprehensive development by UEH through a Mentor and specialized Coaches in each functional department. This professional support helps trainees quickly accumulate practical experience, understand UEH's operating procedures, and be ready to take on the role of lecturer - manager at UEH Nexus Campus Nha Trang in the future.

On training and development regime

- Being sent to study and supported with 100% of the tuition fee for master's/doctoral programs, priority is given to English training programs of UEH or international cooperation with UEH from the Vietnam - Netherlands Program (VNP), UEH's MBUS English program or equivalent at the Institute of International Education (ISB), scholarships granted by international partners of the School of Business (COB-UEH), School of Technology and Design (CTD-UEH), School of Economics, Law and Public Administration (CELG-UEH) and UEH.

- Participate in short-term training courses to improve capacity suitable for job positions according to current training and development regulations for civil servants and employees of UEH.

About working regime

- Receive salary according to State regulations and allowances according to UEH's internal spending regulations corresponding to the internship completion period and the appointment period to an official professional title.

- Enjoy additional income from UEH according to the policy for UEH Nha Trang employees.

- Receive remuneration exceeding the standard for teaching, scientific research, international publication, and other professional activities that generate income according to UEH regulations.
