Updating tax regulations for nearly 300 businesses in Da Nang

DNO - On the afternoon of October 29, the Investment Promotion Support Center (Office of the City People's Committee) coordinated with the Da Nang City Tax Department and KPMG Vietnam Co., Ltd. to organize a workshop on "Updating tax and accounting regulations for businesses".

The workshop brought together more than 300 business leaders, CFOs and chief accountants from many fields, creating opportunities for the business community to exchange and connect with tax authorities, experts and international trade associations.

The workshop updated the latest regulations on tax and accounting, helping businesses grasp and properly apply legal regulations; at the same time, discussed and resolved difficulties in the implementation process.

In addition to providing information, the workshop is also a forum connecting state management agencies, professional consulting units and the business community, contributing to improving financial management capacity, increasing transparency and compliance in production and business activities.

Within the framework of the workshop, the discussion session of representatives of state management agencies and experts from Da Nang City Tax, KPMG Vietnam shared, analyzed and answered many issues such as: notes in applying tax policies, updating important changes in tax and accounting policies.

Assess the impacts of international trends on business operations in Vietnam; develop appropriate compliance and operational strategies in a rapidly changing context.
