In Duy Xuyen commune, which is severely flooded and only accessible by specialized boats and canoes, Major General Nguyen Huu Hop inspected the situation of isolated households, especially those who are elderly and in difficult circumstances; he provided food and water to help people stabilize their lives during the floods.
At the same time, we commend the sense of responsibility of the officers and soldiers of Duy Xuyen Commune Police who have not shied away from difficulties and hardships, and are ready to work for the peaceful and happy lives of the people.

Later that same day, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Kim Trung, Deputy Director of the Da Nang City Police, led a delegation to visit and provide assistance to residents in areas severely affected by flooding in the city.
The delegation visited and distributed many gifts including instant noodles, milk, dried food, biscuits, drinks, vegetables and fruits, and essential household items to the people of three communes: Dai Loc, Vu Gia, and Thuong Duc.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Kim Trung requested that police officers and soldiers in Dai Loc, Vu Gia, and Thuong Duc communes coordinate effectively with local forces to overcome difficulties, focus all efforts, and provide the best possible support to the people, ensuring that no one is left behind during the floods.

Given the ongoing and complex flood situation, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Kim Trung deployed two canoes from the Fire and Rescue Police force stationed in Dai Loc commune to assist residents and respond to the evolving disaster situation in the coming days.
