The Ministry of Education and Training has announced the score distribution for the 12 subjects in the 2025 high school graduation exam.
Among the new subjects, appearing for the first time, the technology - industrial orientation subject only had 2,290 candidates.
The average score achieved by the candidates was 5.79. The most common score was 6, and no candidates received a failing grade.

Across the country, only 4 candidates achieved a perfect score of 10, with one candidate from each of the provinces of Can Tho, Ca Mau , Dak Lak, and Thai Nguyen.
Quang Ninh had only one candidate taking this subject, and they scored 8.25 points.

Notably, in all four new subjects – technology-oriented for industry, technology-oriented for agriculture, economic and legal education, and informatics – no candidates received failing grades.
The subject with the most perfect scores (10/10) was Geography, with 6,907 candidates. The subject with the most failing scores (0/10) was Mathematics, with 777 candidates.
