According to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, manager Jose Mourinho has agreed to take over Fenerbahce. The two sides have reached a preliminary agreement on a two-year contract.
"The Special One" will replace Ismail Kartal as manager of Fenerbahce. This will be the 10th team in Jose Mourinho's coaching career, following Benfica, Uniao de Leiria, Porto, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Tottenham, and AS Roma.
After being sacked by AS Roma earlier this year, Jose Mourinho was rumored to be heading to Saudi Arabia or Qatar. However, the Portuguese manager is now very close to joining Fenerbahce.
