According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on February 6, a strong cold air mass affected the Northeast region, then affected the Northwest region, North Central region, Central Central region and some places in the South Central region.

West Lake area (Tay Ho district) drizzle covered the lake surface, making it impossible to see the water surface and the opposite shore.

West Lake is cold and desolate on a day of heavy fog from early morning.

The stream of people entering Ngoc Son Temple is hidden in the mist.

The foggy rain limited people's visibility on the streets, combined with the large traffic volume during rush hour, causing many streets to be congested.

Vehicles lined up one after another, having difficulty moving through congested roads such as Hoang Minh Giam, Tran Duy Hung, Nguyen Chi Thanh...

Bad weather also affects the health of many people, especially the elderly and children.
