I have proactively weeded and regularly monitored the rice fields to promptly detect and control pests and diseases. At the same time, following the guidance of the commune's agricultural extension officers, from land preparation, sowing seeds, transplanting seedlings, and applying fertilizer at the right time, the rice is growing and developing well."

Currently, nearly 70 hectares of spring rice in It Ong town are developing well. The town has directed the villages to effectively manage and operate irrigation works, regulate water resources appropriately for each field; and mobilized people to clear irrigation ditches for the spring rice crop.

They closely monitored the disease situation to promptly address any issues; and intensified inspections of the business of plant seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides to prevent price gouging and the sale of substandard products that could affect people's production.

They monitor the appearance of pests and diseases affecting rice, such as golden apple snails, stink bugs, brown planthoppers, stem borers, etc., to take timely control measures, eliminate pests and diseases, improve yield and quality, and protect crops.
