The content of the notice clearly states: "The entire area of aquaculture ponds in the Con Xanh area has expired contracts, liquidated or terminated contracts" and "requests collectives, individuals, Households that are farming aquaculture in the Con Xanh area must urgently clean up all assets, plants, livestock, and aquaculture animals out of the Con Xanh area, and return clean land to the People's Committees of the communes for management according to in accordance with the provisions of law".

Electricity and water supply will be stopped in the Con Xanh area
Talking to VietNamNet on the afternoon of January 10, Standing Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Dung said that the province is focusing on land recovery work.
According to Mr. Dung, recently, Nam Dinh province has focused on leading and directing the organization and implementation of land acquisition and site clearance procedures to assign investors to implement projects in accordance with regulations.
However, the implementation of site clearance work still faces many difficulties and obstacles. The situation of complaints from aquaculture households in the Con Xanh area (Nghia Hung district) has shown harsh manifestations. , not handing over the premises to the government for management, showing signs of non-compliance with the law... have affected the progress of project implementation," Mr. Dung emphasized.
Mr. Dung said that the Provincial Party Standing Committee has agreed to implement projects in accordance with the approved planning, plans and proposed roadmap; identify this as the province's key task in 2024.
“To speed up the progress of site clearance to implement projects of Xuan Thien Group Joint Stock Company in the Con Xanh area, we have assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Investment, Provincial Inspectorate, and People's Committee. Nghia Hung district and related units review and consolidate legal records and related documents to submit to the Provincial People's Committee to recover land and allocate land to implement projects," Mr. Dung informed.
According to Mr. Dung, currently, Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to preside and coordinate with relevant units to research and advise the Provincial People's Committee to consider and handle complaints according to regulations; Coordinate with Nghia Hung District People's Committee and relevant units to have a plan to receive and bring people back to the locality in case people complain in large numbers at the province and central government.
