An 11th grade male student at Phan Boi Chau High School, Nam Sach Commune, Hai Phong City was beaten by a group of 4 10th grade male students, breaking his nose and the hypochondral bone of his left hand.

According to a report from Phan Boi Chau High School sent to the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City, a group of students fought outside the school after school hours, at 5:20 p.m. on September 27.

The incident occurred in the western urban area of ​​Nam Sach district (old), now Nam Sach commune, Hai Phong city. Mac Bao N. (grade 11) was beaten by a group of 4 male students of grade 10 including: Pham Tuan A.; Tran Van Q.; Vu Pham Tung D. and Nguyen Xuan H. and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment, with a broken nose and a broken left hand hypochondrium.

Before that, Mac Bao N. and Pham Tuan A. made an appointment to meet in the western urban area to resolve their conflict. The incident was filmed and spread on social media, causing a stir in public opinion.

An 11th grade male student of Phan Boi Chau High School, Hai Phong City was beaten up and collapsed at the scene.

The school visited the male student who was beaten and taken to the emergency room, and worked with the homeroom teachers of the 10th grade, parents and related students.

The Board of Directors also went to Nam Sach Commune Police to discuss the incident and request cooperation from the police force.

On September 29, the school held a meeting and decided to suspend four 10th grade students who participated in beating up their friend for a week, pending the conclusion of the Nam Sach Commune Police.

The Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City also directed Phan Boi Chau High School (Nam Sach Commune) to proactively coordinate with the police, local authorities and the families of the students to verify and clarify the nature of the incident and the responsibilities of the individuals involved as soon as possible.
