Chu Van An High School

Established in 1908, Chu Van An High School has always been considered one of the oldest and most traditional high schools in Vietnam's education system.

In the last three years, Chu Van An High School has had the highest entrance scores for 10th grade in public schools in Hanoi. In 2021, the school's cutoff score was 52.3 points (for 4 subjects), in 2022, it was 42.5 points/3 subjects. This year, the school set the cutoff at 44.5 points, meaning candidates needed an average score of 8.9 points per subject.

Phan Dinh Phung High School

For many years, Phan Dinh Phung High School has consistently had one of the highest entrance exam scores for 10th grade in Hanoi. In 2023, the school set the admission score at 42.75 points, averaging 8.55 points per subject.

In 2022, the cutoff score was 42 points, not significantly different from 2023. Meanwhile, in 2021, the school set the admission threshold at 49.1 points.
