(HNMO) - Regarding the documentary film "MH370: The Missing Plane" (MH370 - The Plane That Disappeared) provided on Netflix's service in Vietnam, there appears content that inaccurately reflects Vietnam's contributions in search, rescue and rescue of Malaysia's missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, the Ministry of Information and Communications has written to Netflix to remove the content that violates the law.

The above information has just been announced by the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, the Ministry of Information and Communications this evening, April 13.
After receiving a document from the Ministry of Information and Communications, on April 12, Netflix Company reported the review of inaccurate content and removed the entire episode 4 of the documentary series "MH1: The missing plane" from Netflix's content store in Vietnam.
Providing false information and offending the reputation of the Government of Vietnam is a violation of the provisions of Clause 8, Article 9 of the current Law on Press.
In the coming time, if Netflix Company continues to violate Vietnamese law, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information will coordinate with state management agencies to strictly handle according to regulations.
