In Al Nassr's 4-2 victory over Al Shabab on May 8th, Ronaldo once again found the net. However, what particularly caught the media's attention was not just the goal, but also the historic record he set in the Saudi Pro League (SPL).
According to Sofascore , Ronaldo became the first player in the history of the Saudi Arabian Premier League to score against every opponent in the same season. His goal against Al Shabab helped CR7 complete his collection of goals against all 17 teams he faced in the 2025/26 season.
This is considered a remarkable achievement, especially considering Ronaldo is 41 years old, making him the oldest player to compete in the SPL. For many players, maintaining consistent performance at that age is almost impossible. However, the former Real Madrid star still demonstrates impressive goal-scoring ability with rare endurance.

Ronaldo's list of "victims" stretches across the league, from big teams like Al Hilal, Al Ittihad, and Al Ahli to Al Shabab, Al Ettifaq, Damac, Al Fateh, and Al Riyadh. No defense in the Saudi Pro League has been able to stop the Portuguese striker from scoring this season.
Notably, this isn't the first time Ronaldo has achieved something similar. According to Transfermarkt , he scored against every single opponent in La Liga during the 2011/12 season while playing for Real Madrid. At that time, CR7 finished the season with 46 goals and played a major role in helping the Spanish giants win the championship.
The goal against Al Shabab also marked Ronaldo's 100th goal in the SPL, achieved in just 105 matches. Across all competitions for Al Nassr, he has scored 121 goals in 139 appearances.
