Khoa Pug issues urgent warning

Khoa Pug announced he will review and take action against channels that use misleading images to attract views.

On the evening of May 21st, Khoa Pug posted a warning to channels and individuals using his image on the YouTube platform. Recently, the YouTuber's team has been reviewing content using his name and personal image on social media. Videos deemed to be distorting the truth, spreading false information, insulting his honor, or exploiting his image for the purpose of gaining views will be dealt with.

"I also want to make it clear: 'Khoa Pug' is a registered trademark," he said, adding that any instances of using his name or image in titles or thumbnails that show signs of infringement will be handled directly by his team working with YouTube's legal and support departments.

Khoa Pug stated that many channels have had their content removed and received warnings for violating the platform's policies. Simultaneously, cases of alleged violations have been documented and archived for processing according to regulations.

"YouTube is a competitive environment, but it's not a place where you can arbitrarily use other people's images for profit," he said.

In the post, Khoa Pug also recommended that channels using content related to him should proactively review and adjust their content to avoid disputes.

"This announcement is made so that you can understand the situation and reassess your content before taking further action. The name 'Khoa Pug' is not a gold mine to be exploited arbitrarily," the YouTuber wrote.

Previously, on May 17th, Khoa Pug shared a post celebrating his 10th anniversary on YouTube. He stated that he felt pressured by frequently reading negative comments related to his personal image, even though for many years he has mainly focused on producing content about travel, food , culture, and history in various countries.

Khoa Pug stated that he used to choose silence and focus on creating content. However, after many years, he feels his personal image is being negatively impacted by information circulating online.

Khoa Pug, whose real name is Nguyen Anh Khoa, was born in 1992 and hails from Khanh Hoa province. He is known for his videos showcasing travel experiences, cuisine, and luxury services in various countries.

Back in February, Khoa Pug attracted attention when he shared about his investment losses and being left penniless. After that period, the content on his channel also changed, focusing more on travel and food experience videos and providing destination information.
