
From May 20th to 24th, the festival will take place at East Sea Park, Tam Thanh Beach Square, and many other locations in Da Nang City, focusing on multi-sensory experiences, combining cuisine , art, culture, and technology.
The highlight of the opening night was a modernly staged artistic program featuring culinary scenes, recreating the journey of the formation and development of Quang Nam's culinary culture.

At the opening ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee, stated that cuisine is not only food to enjoy but also preserves the memories, culture, and soul of each region.
In Da Nang, every flavor tells a story of the genuine and warm-hearted people of Central Vietnam; of traditional crafts, fishing trips, and even the humble street vendors that have become memories for many generations.

Da Nang hopes to make its cuisine a distinctive tourism product, a new "cultural ambassador" of the locality in its journey of integration and development.
This is also a concrete step in the strategy to build Da Nang into a leading destination for festivals, events, and cuisine in the Asian region.

This year's festival marks a shift in the application of technology to culinary tourism with the launch of the Da Nang Culinary Digital Map.
In addition, the Danang Food Tours 2026 series, taking place from May to December 2026, will connect the center of Da Nang with Hoi An, Dien Ban, Tam Ky, and Dai Loc, expanding the culinary exploration journey associated with traditional craft villages, local communities, and the distinctive cultural values of Quang Nam province.
